I have been devoted to preparations of dishes for more than twenty years. The fundamental principle of management is based on continuous innovations and varieties. My vision is broadened by integrating the essence of Chinese delicacies and delicate Japanese food with cuisine for men of letters via cooking art and techniques. Three major elements of color, smell and taste are mixed proportionally and naturally as the name matches the reality.It goes without saying that promoting and passing down of eating culture not only require upgrading of dishes, but also strict requirements for management and dining quality, including arrangement of every ornament and each piece of tableware. I do know the needs of the customers well, which is a bonus to the food I serve. Not overlooking any details and attentiveness have always been my attitude of running a business. After all, tasting of classical delicacies in a graceful manner is a real beauty. To help people to fulfill their wish is like appreciating a spring breeze.
